I was here for three weeks for work, and this extended stay hotel is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast every morning is hearty and has something for everyone. The bed is extremely comfortable. It’s in a quiet area, but with great access to the Capitol Beltway.
We hosted an overnight slumber party here with 5 kids, and it went very well! We reserved a suite that had a master bedroom (king), a bedroom with 2 double beds, and a central living room/kitchen in between them with a pull-out couch. The free breakfast had a very good variety of hot and cold foods, including salad. The hotel is also next to a shopping center with a Giant grocery store, which was a nice plus. With that many kids, the price was higher than we would have liked, and the central room was pretty small. We were happy with our experience overall, though, and would definitely consider coming here again :-).
This place is amazing!!! They clean the common areas constantly, the breakfast is hot, ready and delicious everyday, they serve great food during the social hour with drinks and the staff was kind and helpful! Kitchen came with supplies. There are so many amenities they give that they don’t have to give. Loved it. Stayed for 3 weeks! Highly Recommend Staybridge. ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a fantastic stay at Saybridge Suites in Greenbelt! The room was spacious and had everything I needed—no need to pack toiletries or an iron. The bed was super cozy, and the pillows were just right. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. I especially loved the Wednesday social hour—it added a nice community vibe to the experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I had a great experience at this hotel and felt very safe the entire time. The security guard, Alie, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even offered to help me with my luggage, which I really appreciated. His professionalism and kindness made a big difference and made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
A very comfortable stay for me and the family My kids and I stayed at Staybridge from Mon 12/29-Fri 1/2. We really enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, check in was a breeze. They had snacks in the lounge pretty much every day we were there. Breakfast was included and was good. It was the standard hot breakfast buffet but it worked for us. We booked the 2 queen bed suite with a pullout sofa. Plenty of space for us. This was like a little apartment with a full kitchen (not that I was going to be doing any cooking...lol). The staff was very attentive to our needs. Whatever we needed replaced we had it right away. Parking was also included which was helpful. This is a very modern style hotel with great proximity to DC and other major points in MD. I've stayed at a few different IHG hotels and this one is at the top of the list. If you are in the MD/DC area, I would definitely recommend Staybridge. You won't be disappointed.
I love this hotel. Perfect location for work. Only issue, they do not process deposits on time. I have had to call 4 times over deposits pending that should have been returned weeks/months prior to that date. I just had to call about a deposit from October. It’s now the end of December. A customer should not have to follow up on deposits/incidentals if nothing was wrong. Waiting months for an incidental to be refunded is not right. I’m only writing this review so that the hotel will hopefully make a change and stop this from happening.
Excellent location. The rooms look like modern apartments. The free breakfast is delicious and lots of variety. The free laundry service is also a huge plus if you have a long stay. The room cleaning is excellent. Roberto did my room and he was so nice and extremely detailed in making sure I had everything I needed. He is also so kind and always greets everyone when you see him in the hallways. I think he is the manager. I highly recommend this location. Worth every penny!
